     1 mc.exe OpenSecUSBEventSvcLog.mc

     2 rc.exe /r OpenSecUSBEventSvcLog.rc

     3 link -dll -noentry -out: ..\Release\OpenSecUSBEventSvcLog.dll OpenSecUSBEventSvcLog.res

     4 

     5 add to registry and make sure the path in .reg points to you actuall log.dll
